I’m so impressed with the quality and design of the Racks and bag that I recently purchased. The Gals at my weekly game all commented on how beautiful my new Mahjong table looks! I would recommend a “refresh” to all Mahjong regular players! It just adds a little flair and pizazz lol Thank you My Fair Mahjong for your excellent customer service!!

Recent order

I recently ordered for the first time from MFM. When my order arrived we noticed an issue with the way it had been assembled. I took pictures and sent a note - I received an answer IMMEDIATELY, the item was replaced immediately with a sincere apology for any inconvenience or disappointment! Awesome customer service!

Still waiting on my racks to be delivered

I will start off by saying I love the rack bag I ordered. However, my order delivered on August 12 contained pushers only, instead of the racks + pushers set I ordered. When emailing about it, I was informed the racks were being sent but have yet to receive a tracking number or estimated shipping date. I've reached out on three different occasions now with no response, almost ten days later.

The rack bag is the perfect size! It also has space to put a folded mat, which is super handy. Loved the fabric too!
