I received this request to review the pale pink mahjong racks on June 26. I ordered and received tracking info on June 19 which as of 6-26-24 still indicates “Pre-Shipment Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item June 19, 2024”
It is a loss of process control to send a request for review before order is fulfilled and at this point I’m reviewing based on lack of info.
It’s likely they processed the order and generated a shipping ticket but have some sort of operational delay at my fair mahjong. The listing did not specify if it ships from stock or if there’s a back order so more info is needed..
